Before joining Bionest in June 2006, Lionel gained 10 years of managerial experience in strategic and organizational consultancy dedicated to the healthcare industry in consulting firms such as Monitor and ISO healthcare consulting. He managed over 150 assignments encompassing strategy, operations and organization for leading multinational pharmaceutical companies on local and international scales. Before entering consultancy, he held several operational positions at IMS health.
His main interest is strategy development. |

Before co-founding Bionest in 2003, Alain was European President of Biogen, where he founded its European operation for the launch of Avonex®. Prior to Biogen, he was European Founder of IDEXX Laboratories, a company involved in veterinary diagnostic. And prior to Iddexx, he served as President of Medtronic Europe, a world leader in cardiovascular devices.
He started his career in sales and marketing at Abbott's Diagnostic Division and remained there for 17 years, holding a number of key executive positions in the USA and Europe.
Today, he specialises in operational issues. |

| Sean brings more than 17 years of broad experience in life science consulting, industries and academia, including over six years in strategy consulting at IMS Management Consulting and AT Kearney where he advised a variety of life science companies on broad strategic issues. Sean is a published thought leader and experienced consulting advisor in the field of personalized medicine strategy, and has served as a representative on the FDA personalized medicine initiative consortium. Sean holds a PhD from NYU, and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. His main interest is strategy development. |
